TradingView has introduced a Marketplace for paid invite-only scripts, and updated it on Oct 27, 2026 (source). Its terms of service were set to limit commercial use of invite-only scripts outside the Marketplace from Nov 1, 2026, but that update said the switch was paused and revised terms would follow, letting vendors keep selling on their own sites.
Status as of 2026-11-03. We will update this page when TradingView publishes the revised terms.
